From CrossFit to HIIT, we offer classes for all types of athletes. Whether you're new to fitness or have been on your fitness journey for years, our goal is to help you achieve yours. 


CrossFit: Strength & Conditioning

Find yourself engaged in a strength cycle paired with cross-training conditioning. Build strength & muscle mixed with cardio, weights and body weight movements combined! Days of the week: Monday and Friday*.

CrossFit: RP Gymnastics & Endurance

Spend focused time each week dialing into gymnastics and level up your bodyweight strength. Improve coordination and efficiency while torching calories through cardio, gymnastics and bodyweight movements. Build your aerobic capacity and improve your ability to hold a steady state through high-intensity power workouts. Days of the week: Thursday and Sunday*.

CrossFit: RP Power & Conditioning

Each class kicks off with focused Olympic lifting work, where you'll develop strength, power, and proper technique through movements like the snatch, clean, and jerk. Once the lifting is done, you’ll hit a high-intensity metcon (metabolic conditioning) designed to test your stamina, build endurance, and leave you feeling accomplished. Days of the week: Wednesday*.

CrossFit: RP Team WOD

Team up and dig deep — our Team WODs are long chippers or gritty grinders designed to test your endurance, teamwork, and mental toughness. You'll work together with a partner or small group to chip away at a high-volume workout that blends all the elements of CrossFit: weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio, and functional movements. These workouts are built for community, collaboration, and a whole lot of sweat. Days of the week: Saturday*.

HYROX Training

Experience the future of functional fitness with HYROX Training — a dynamic workout regimen that fuses cardio, strength, stamina. Learn more about how RockPile is the first official HYROX partner gym in Buffalo. Days of the week: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday*.
