From CrossFit to RP-Fit Bootcamp, we offer classes for all types of athletes. Whether you're new to fitness or have been on your fitness journey for years, our goal is to help you achieve yours. 


CrossFit: Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, that is the baseline of what we do. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout of sorts. Previous CrossFit experience or interest in completing a CrossFit 101 is required.

RP-Fit: Bootcamp Style Strength & Conditioning. You can think of RP-FIt as our intro to CrossFit! This class aims to demonstrate that anyone is able to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of their lives. RP-Fit Bootcamp incorporates strength days and long conditioning pieces. No Olympic lifting experience is needed. Sample movements include: Dumbbell snatches and cleans, barbell deadlifts and squats, pull-ups and plyometric movements, to name a few.

Crossfit 101: The Intro Class is a series of 2 personal training sessions that are scheduled at your convenience! Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours each. During this time you will learn the foundations of CrossFit including Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and that forever confusing CrossFit lingo. Once these sessions are completed, you may begin taking CrossFit classes immediately.

Open Gym: This is exactly as it sounds. Come in and sidebar while or coaches are present. All members are able to complete Open gym with the use of a class pass or membership.

RockPile Wod: All athlete workout. Regardless of CrossFit or Bootcamp status, we are ONE community and we love to bring everyone together.

Mobility & Skill: Mobility, Yoga, and a Skill? We think YES! Whether you feel like you need a good stretch or would like to get some skill work in on those forever troubling movements, this is the class for you!

Row + Strength: Join us Monday & Wednesday nights at 7:15 for a 60 minute Row + Strength class. Brought to you by our super knowledgeable team and head row master, these classes incorporate mixed modalities and varied workouts on our favorite concept 2 row machines.
