Our Small Group Personal Training program is designed for adults who want the structure and coaching of private training with the energy and accountability of a small team. This is focused, intelligent strength and power training in a supportive, motivating environment.

Two Ways to Train in Small Groups

Master’s Small Group Strength Training (Ongoing 6 Week Program)

Our flagship small group program built specifically for adults 40+. Structured 6-week blocks, capped groups, consistent coaching, and intelligent progression.

This program is designed for people who want to train hard, stay capable, and feel confident in their bodies for the long haul.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Get stronger without beating up your body

  • Improve body composition and muscle tone

  • Move better in everyday life and athletics

  • Train hard and recover well

  • Build strength, power, and resilience that lasts

This is not a class. It’s coached training with intention.

Private Small Group Training (By Request)

Have three or more people who want to train together? You can request your own private small group with customized scheduling, focus, and programming.

This option is ideal for:

  • Friends who want accountability together

  • Couples who want to train side-by-side

  • Coworkers or teams

  • Training partners with shared goals

You’ll receive the same coaching quality, programming standards, and attention to detail — tailored specifically to your group.

Scheduling is flexible and set by request. Availability is limited.
